23 AUGUST 2013, BRESCIA, ITALY: In response to the demands of a rapidly growing international business, Media-Alliance, the market leading supplier of media management and workflow solutions, today announces a restructuring of its pre-sales customer-facing organisation to better support technology partners, value added resellers and end users.
To provide a more efficient business interface to the company Media Alliance has now appointed a team of Regional Sales Managers empowered to directly capture customer requirements, produce proposals and manage relationships through pre-sales, project implementation and on-going support. This team includes:
• Homer Ho, Vice President, covering AsiaPacific region;
• Phillip Eade, Business Development Director for the UK, Western and Southern Europe, Nordics;
• Ynze Mens, Regional Sales Manager for Central and Northern Europe;
• Yehuda Levin, Regional Sales Manager for Eastern Europe and Israel;
• Dilip Kathuria, Regional Sales Manager for India; and
• Lee YoungMoon, Regional Sales Manager for Korea.
To provide improved product management and technical interface to the company, and to directly support the Sales Team, Media Alliance has now appointed a team of Product Managers empowered to provide timely and accurate product specific expertise in the pre-sales stage. This team includes:
• Yury Kisliak for the BORNEO media asset management product family;
• Carlo Cominassi for the VIVA ingest product family, AVIO video server, and CATONE live censorship;
• Marco Tramontano for NEWSNET newsroom product family.
These two teams report to Giovanni Soldi, the Media Alliance CEO, with technical guidance from Massimo Strambini, the Media-Alliance CTO. They will work with the existing customer support and development teams. While Soldi will retain overall sales and product management authority, more of his time will now be focussed on international business development activities and defining the future direction of the company.
