In addition to consultancy, Media-Alliance offers 2 support levels:
  • 1st level support: from local partners (System integrators and Distributors or our local staff) that have been trained to provide advice and onsite technical intervention.
  • 2nd level support: by our staff. Usually this kind of support is provided remotely, through Internet, in cooperation with local partner or directly with client. Most cases (even 99%) can be successfully managed remotely; in case remote support will fail, one of our engineers is always ready to travel on site. In some countries, for example China and Russia, we have local personnel able to provide direct local support.
