Since all our new products are named with the prefix Borneo, we have renamed Media-Alliance to BorneoMedia, where BORN-NEO stands for the use and implementation of new software engineering technologies that have recently emerged. BorneoMedia inherits the products and intellectual property of Media-Alliance, whose rights it retains in full.
We are currently engaged in the development or renewal of a new product line including:
Borneo MAM 2.0 (Media Asset Management)
Borneo DAM 1.0 (Digital Asset Management)
Borneo PAM 2.0 (Project Asset Management)
into which we have integrated emerging Artificial Intelligence technologies.
Our first work for the Broadcast sector was in 1993 when we developed an MPEG 2 TS for a VOD project. Later we developed the digital tape archive of the Isitituto Luce and finally in 1996 the RAI (Italian National Broadcaster) Archive. Subsequently we continued to grow in the national sphere gaining experience in the news sector by realising a strategic part of RAINEWS24 in 1998, and various projects for Mediaset (main commercial television in Italy). In 1998 we exhibited at IBC and started to acquire orders abroad, such as Center TV in Moscow or ARTE TV in Strasbourg. In the following years, we also realised turnkey installations of TV archives, newsrooms and production systems with clients such as: StarHub in Singapore, Telekom Malaysia, AVG Vietnam, TDM in Macau, TVB and PCCW and CUHK in Hong Kong, KBS in Korea, CH7 in Kazakhstan, ANI in India, Expert TV and VGTRK in Russia, Intigral in Dubai, Scotland, Vox Africa in London, Aramco in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, etc.
We are currently very busy studying and implementing Artificial Intelligence, and developing an innovative Social Media
